DI Markus Endres
DI Markus Endres – Managing Partner
Starting out studying Industrial & Mechanical Engineering with a focus on finance and risk management, Markus Endres has gained extensive experience in risk management. He has highly specialised risk management and regulatory expertise from his many years as Chief Risk Officer and Chief Information Security Officer of Semper Constantia Privatbank AG, as well as through his work for the Central Bank of Austria (Österreichischen Nationalbank) in the area of banking supervision and his consulting activities for three large international consulting companies, KPMG, PwC and zeb.
His operational know-how, his proven implementation competence and his many years of experience in project management ensure the efficient and high-quality implementation of your project.
Dr. Ulrich Kallausch
Dr. Ulrich Kallausch – Managing Partner
After studying law at the Karl Franzens University in Graz, Ulrich Kallausch laid the foundation for his 30-year career as an investment banker by completing the Creditanstalt academic trainee programme in Vienna. His path led him from asset management at Creditanstalt, via GRAWE, LGT, Invesco and Unicredit through to Oppenheim, where as partner and member of the management board he was responsible for M&A in Austria and Eastern Europe in a variety of industry sectors. With his appointment to the management board of Deutsche Bank in Austria, he assumed responsibility for governance in the areas of risk, IT and operations. As co-owner and deputy CEO of Semper Constantia Privatbank, Ulrich Kallausch was responsible for the networked implementation of the framework for IT infrastructure, IT security, the core banking system and all control and risk functions.
20 years of sales and production experience combined with ten years in management of projects in the areas of infrastructure, complex IT and all areas of risk has left him with comprehensive knowledge of project management, regulatory affairs and IT.
Aleksandar Lacarak – Managing Partner
Aleksandar Lacarak has more than 20 years of international experience in the management of IT infrastructures as a trained information technologist. He was one of the first technicians to implement broadband Internet in Austria. He then took over the position of Head of IT at a well-known Austrian outsourcing service provider with a customer focus on finance and banking. Until June 2019 he was Group Head of IT Infrastructure and Information Security Officer at Liechtensteinische Landesbank (Österreich) AG, where he had also been a member of the supervisory board since 2014. Aleksandar Lacarak graduated as an Information Technologist in 1996 and specialized in Microsoft infrastructures and virtualisation technology.
His professional expertise and extensive operational implementation experience in all areas of IT infrastructure guarantee high-quality, pragmatic and economical solutions for your ICT risk management.
The history of Certitude goes hand-in-hand with the shared professional past of its founders. For many years, Ulrich Kallausch as a member of the management board, Aleksandar Lacarak as head of IT infrastructure and Markus Endres as Chief Risk Officer in the financial sector worked very successfully together.
The extent of our joint success and the opportunity to bundle our highly diversified expertise and experience were decisive factors in our decision to work yet more closely together along the same path. Certitude was born, the consulting firm in which our strengths are combined in the best possible way, achieving the greatest of benefits for our customers.
