Florian Wolf – Managing Partner

Florian Wolf began his IT career in 1997 when founding Semizen EDV GmbH, an IT service provider for Austrian medium-sized businesses. Before that, he held various positions in production and banking. By 2021, he had implemented and consolidated several M&A projects in the IT field and successfully sold his group of companies to a domestic IT managed service provider.

For several years as Head of Sales, he was responsible for building a hard-hitting sales team at an IT managed service provider and was responsible sales of about 25 million euros. Since the beginning of 2024, Florian Wolf is managing partner at Ceritutde Consulting, responsible for sales and the development of sustainable customer relationships.

Several years of project management in complex IT infrastructure environments combined with 20 years of sales and product experience have given him a comprehensive skillset in the areas of project management, sales, IT and IT security, where the focus is always on success for the customer.

DI Markus Endres – Managing Partner

Starting out studying Industrial & Mechanical Engineering with a focus on finance and risk management, Markus Endres has gained extensive experience in risk management. He has highly specialised risk management and regulatory expertise from his many years as Chief Risk Officer and Chief Information Security Officer of Semper Constantia Privatbank AG, as well as through his work for the Central Bank of Austria (Österreichischen Nationalbank) in the area of banking supervision and his consulting activities for three large international consulting companies, KPMG, PwC and zeb.

His operational know-how, his proven implementation competence and his many years of experience in project management ensure the efficient and high-quality implementation of your project.

Aleksandar Lacarak – Managing Partner

Aleksandar Lacarak has more than 25 years of international experience in the management of IT infrastructures as a trained information technologist. He was one of the first technicians to implement broadband Internet in Austria. He then took over the position of Head of IT at a well-known Austrian outsourcing service provider with a customer focus on finance and banking. Until June 2019 he was Group Head of IT Infrastructure and Information Security Officer at Liechtensteinische Landesbank (Österreich) AG, where he had also been a member of the supervisory board since 2014. Aleksandar Lacarak graduated as an Information Technologist in 1996 and specialized in Microsoft infrastructures and virtualisation technology.

His professional expertise and extensive operational implementation experience in all areas of IT infrastructure guarantee high-quality, pragmatic and economical solutions for your ICT risk management.

Marc Nimmerrichter, MSc - Managing Partner

Already during his studies and his apprenticeship in electronic data processing, Marc Nimmerrichter had started specialising in the field of information security. The foundations for his expertise were firmly laid through his MSc in Information Security at the Royal Holloway University of London, being awarded a distinction. He gained his first professional experience as a penetration tester and consultant for IT security in a large consulting company in Luxembourg. Subsequently, Marc Nimmerrichter worked for several years both independently and as a senior consultant for a Viennese consulting firm. In his many years of consulting experience, he has worked for well-known software developers, IT service providers, financial service providers and federal authorities in Austria, Germany, Luxembourg and Belgium. His technical expertise, extensive consulting experience and ongoing technical training enable him to make competent and factually correct assessments of security risks, ensuring the best possible course of action is taken.

Thanks to such wide ranging experience with organisations of different sizes and from different industries, together with his methodical and analytical approach, Marc Nimmerrichter can find solutions to the most complex of problems, handling all projects to the highest of standards.
