Certitude informs supervisory board members of ÖBAG holdings about cyber-security

Since the NIS-2 EU Directive at the latest, management bodies of affected companies have had to deal with cyber security and implement appropriate risk management measures. In Austria, this also includes the supervisory board.

Österreichische Beteiligungs AG (ÖBAG) has taken the first steps: On May 7th 2024 Certitude Consulting was invited to explain key aspects of cyber security and legal requirements to supervisory board members of ÖBAG holdings and to discuss current challenges for corporations.

During the presentation by Marc Nimmerrichter, Managing Partner of Certitude Consulting, the participants learned about the most essential aspects and measures for more security for their companies. Our cyber security expert clearly showed how companies are attacked and which strategies can be used to protect corporations from them.
